The hotel - appartments is situated in the village of Ixia, a sea resort in Northern Rhodes. Within walking distance of the beach, where windsurfing can be practiced, not far from shops and tourist facilities, the hotel boasts an excellent location on the main coast.

The Solemar Hotel and Apartments contain 102 comfortable guest rooms, 24 roomy apartments and 5 cozy studios.

All rooms include: Air conditioning, balcony, Satellite tv channels, hair dryer and refrigerator. Each room has a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the amazing views of the spectacular Aegean Sea or the surrounding lush mountainside.

Each spacious apartment is perfect for a group of friends, families of up to four people, or couples wishing to have a little extra space.

These apartments are simple but modern and situated in a quiet residential area.

Ideally located for the beach and resort centre, they will appeal to those looking for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is 300 meters from the beach (coarse sand with pebbles, KiteSurfing), 500 meters to the centre of Kremasti with its shops, bars and restaurants, 6 kilometers from Ixia and 12 kilometers from Rhodes town where you will find the main nightlife.

The studios are clean and well maintained and are equipped with 2 beds, private bathroom, direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with electric rings, fridge, air-condition and balcony or terrace. Apartments have double bed, kitchenette, direct dial telephone, shower room and balcony or terrace.

Kite

Take a kitesurfing course in Kremasti bay - an ideally quiet beach on the west coast, offering empty waters and a long, clear shore-line, making learning to kite fun and easy without the hassle of swimmers.
Take a course or rent equipment with the help of our staff for launching and landing, using the latest hi-tech equipment from North.

Our team of professional instructors are always there to assist with the aid of jet-bikes in the water.
Learning kitesurfing is easy in small groups of 4-6 people per instructor for practicing theory on the beach and of 2-4 people per instructor for training in the water.
The first stage is taught on the beach with the helix Training kite. With the latest teaching methods you will master the body drag, waterstart, riding and steering the kite.

The Rhodes International Airport (IATA: RHO) or Diagoras International Airport. "Diagoras" is a 3-4 km to the south west of Ixia. Paradisi and Theologos (Tholos) lies a few km further down the coast and past the airport.
