This Hotel is an A’ Class Hotel with furnished 2, 3 & 4 bed rooms, overlooking the waters of the Mediterranean sea on the west and the Aegean sea on the east.
All the rooms in the Hotel have wireless internet, their own shower and toilet attached with hot running water, refrigerator, direct dialing telephone service, satellite LCD TV, air-condition.

This place of amazing beauty perfectly fits for all kitesurfers and windsurfers – from beginners to the more advanced and professionals. During the season, particularly in July and August, the winds are the strongest.
It is very important, that in Prasonisi kitesurfers and windsurfers can enjoy both flat and wave riding. You can enjoy flat water of Medditeranean sea and in the same beach – the majesty of Aegean Sea waves. Also there is a special shallow area for beginners.
The winds are powerful and reliable – 25 – 26 days per month you can enjoy 10 – 15 m/s wind. Locals call it Meltemi – it is a strong and dry Aegean north wind. Its season lasts approximately from May till September, so that‘s the best time to get your board to water.

The Center opened since 1992, is located directly on the beach (kitespot of Prasonisi). Very professional and friendly team. High quality equipment. The center offer kite and windsurf lessons, windsurf rental and storage. The kitesurf lessons are private (1 or 2 persons) per instructor, full equipment included. The center doesn't hire the kitesurf gear.
